Bridget began to take her health seriously after a scare in several years ago. Through her personal journey, she developed a passion for helping others to make small, practical changes in order to improve their quality of life by learning to live a healthier lifestyle.
In March 2018, she released her first book, H.E.A.L.T.H.: It's Not Rocket Science (My Journey to a Healthier Me), in which she shares the joys, the struggles, and the lessons learned on her journey. Through her book, she hopes to encourage and motivate others to start taking better care of themselves physically. As a wife and mother, she feels strongly that positive changes in one's health will impact future generations. She is already seeing it in her own children.
In December 2020, Bridget released another useful tool, Younger than Yesterday: A Fitness Journal, to aid others as they begin to make changes to improve their health. The journal includes places for setting small, daily goals, space to record how the reader physically and emotionally felt about choices made, encouragement for navigating real life along the way, and more. There's even LARGER print to make it easier to see!
In addition, she also released her first original song in December 2020, Fine for Life, as a reminder to not only care for those around us, but to take care of ourselves, too. It is streaming on Apple Music, Spotify, Pandora, and more!
She has been on her own personal journey to better health for almost seven years. Bridget lives what she shares and has sustained success over the years through consistency and awareness, not perfection, and with no gimmicks. She absolutely loves helping others learn to do the same!
She very much enjoys dancing and singing and also has intermediate-level proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the Spanish language. She is grateful to be able to use her skills and other interests to help others accomplish their God-given desires.
