- Total average production & shipping time for physical products is 10-14 days, excluding natural disasters, which could cause a delay in production and/or shipping.
- Shipping is to delivery addresses in the contiguous United States only.
- Orders containing more than one product may arrive in separate packages.
- If there is damage to an item, a mistake (made by MP31 Creations) in personalization, or an incorrect item sent, contact us within three days of receipt of your order by sending a description of the issue and photos via email to contact@mp31creations.com for a replacement. (The same production & shipping timeline stated above applies.)
- All sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.

- Digital products will be delivered in PNG or PDF format via email within 24 hours of purchase.
